Ingredients for Pizza base……
Cauliflower, cabbage, zucchini, potatoes, bread crumbs, oregano & salt
Zucchini and Cabbag
Diced Zucchini Other ingredients for topping……Veg toppings of your choice like capsicum, onions, black olives, paneer, cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, tomato sauce, pizza sauce & oregano leaves……
Toppings including sausages
can add nonveg toppings also like chicken, salami, kind of sausages…
Let’s prepare the base……
Boiled the potatoes and keep aside. Grind the cabbage & cauliflower in food processor. Now steam the cauliflower, cabbage & zucchini. Now squeeze the excess amount of water. Now mix all the boiled ingredients, bread crumbs, oregano,3-4 spoons of grated paneer & pinch of salt. Now grease the pizza pan with parchment paper, spread the mixture & give a nice round shape to it. Bake it at 180 0c for 20 -25 minutes then increase the temperature till 210 0c for another 15 minutes.

Let’s top it with colorful toppings………
If pizza crust is done with light golden brown color, take it out & apply melted butter & pizza sauce, tomato sauce. Top up with veg or nonveg toppings including cheese cubes, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, onions, black olives, grated paneer. Squeeze the spicy tomato sauce. Again, bake it for 10 - 15 minutes at 180 0c….
